Half-day Visit in Chiang Mai Elephant Jungle Sanctuary

The half-day packaging of the Elephant Jungle Reserve provides a pleasant opportunity for tourists to spend high quality time with elephants in their naturalists and elephants, to gain insight into their history and behavior, and to create valuable lifelong memories of the time they spend on these amazing animals. Visitors to the protected area will also have enough privileges to satisfy and interact with members of the Karen tribe, witness the magnificent scenery of the surrounding jungle, the mountains-all people interact with friendly, happy elephants in a safe environment, sustainable environment.

On the morning of your visit, you will receive it from your accommodation and drive through scenic agricultural areas, hills and forests for about 1.5 hours before arriving at the holy place. There, you will meet your English guide and learn a little about elephants before changing to traditional Karen clothes. After being assigned bananas and sugar cane to feed elephants, you will walk through the shelter in your guide, where you will find freely roaming elephants and hear their individual stories. When you understand your lifestyle and behavior, you can contact, feed, take pictures and interact with elephants in your spare time.
After you meet all the elephants, you will accompany them to the nearby mud. When you apply healthy cosmetic mud to your skin, you get dirty with an elephant. Next, you will go to the nearby river with elephants and add them to the fresh bathtub. While they wade and play, swim and help bathe and brush their teeth. Once the elephants are clean, you can take some final pictures with them, and then you will break up with your new friends and change into some dry clothes.
Finally, eat some snacks and seasonal fresh fruit, and then enjoy the impressive country scenery, just like you go back to Chiang Mai and drive.

Schedule:
Travel 06:30-07:00 from your hotel or accommodation at 07:00 through rolling mountains, forests and local agricultural areas in southern Chiang Mai for about 1.5 hours.
Arrive at the Elephant Jungle Reserve at 08:30. Learn about elephants and change traditional Karen clothes. See elephants at 09:00. When you understand their behavior and history, feed, interact and play in the natural environment. Take pictures with elephants. 09:45 take the elephant's mud and take a bath with the elephant by the river.
11:30 eat a traditional meal and say goodbye to the elephant. Leave the Elephant Jungle Reserve and drive about 1.5 hours to Chiang Mai. About 1.5 hours drive to Chiang Mai.
Please note: in the holy place, we will allow you to spend as much as possible on elephants. Therefore, there is no formal timetable, except for picking time, the time shown here is approximate.
